Wilderness meal and cookery course (organized around the year)
This program is about learning to make food in the wild, creating your own menu and making a starter, main course and desert. Cooking will take place over open fire and/ or using a smoke box. Only Finnish products are used for cooking.
Duration: 3 hours
Min-max:  10-50 persons

Meals in a Lappish hut
Eat a meal in a Lappish atmosphere close to the Nature Centre Haltia. Menu options include eg. glowfried arctic char, sautéed reindeer or elk stew.
Duration: about 2 hours
Min-max: 2-100 persons

Haltia’s exhibitions, hiking, sauna and dinner by a fireplace
A guided tour to the exhibitions of Haltia, a buffet-lunch from the restaurant, hiking 8 km to a cottage where sauna and dinner by a campfire awaits.
Duration: A whole day
Min-Max: 15 persons

Campfire meal in Nuuksio National Park
The price includes lunch, all the needed dishes, a wilderness guide to join you at the fireplace, the rent of the fireplace and the following menu:
Pesto-potato salad, tomato-onion salad, grilled sausages, bread. Desert: Finnish cinnamon buns, coffee made over the campfire and herbal tea.
